We only accept machine-washable clothes. Please check the garment label before sending your laundry. We don’t accept leather items, pillows, cushions, stuffed toys, “Dry Clean Only,” or “Hand Wash Only” clothes.
Yes, you will receive two free laundry bags. If you need an extra bag, it will cost Rs. 49 each.
Please inform us at the time of drop-off if your clothes require extra care or separate handling.
Please ensure all pockets are emptied before sending your laundry. We are not responsible for any lost items left inside the clothes.
Report the issue within 24 hours with proof (photo or item) for inspection. Compensation will be provided as a credit for laundry service based on the item.
Laundry pickup and delivery will happen at your hostel’s designated area. Timings will be shared by the Residence Team.
Clothes left unclaimed for more than 15 days will be discarded after 30 days.
